OCTGN

For any hand with 2 or more cards in it, when you perform a random discard, the card on the far right of the hand is never chosen to be discarded. Even when there’s only 2 cards in hand, the left one is always discarded before the right one is. I have tried it at least 20 times with different sized hands, and on different startups of OCTGN, and I have not seen an instance when the right card is discarded.
