Crashes when I load Magic game definition file

Hi! I am running Windows XP Service Pack 3 and have installed .NET 3.5 SP1 as instructed. I managed to install OCTGN 2 and start the game. However when I try to install the game definition file Magic-v0.0.2.8.o8g I get the following error. I managed to install OCTGN 2 and load the game definition file on my friends laptop so I know that I followed the steps correctly.
