can't install/uninstall game

So i installed few games and also
vs system. While i was trying to reinstall game definition to some game, vs systems dissapered. I tried reinstall vs systems definition file, but when i tried install set file it gave me stranger error that its already exists or something like that. So i delete then game folder vs systems in octgn2, and now when im trying to install set file it gives me error like on img.
