Exiled Zone groupactions not visible in the menu

I’ve added a new groupaction in the exiled zone in MtG game definition, but it doesn’t appear in the right click menu in game. Same for another action already added before this one.
It’s the same groupaction present in another zone and perfectly working in that zone, so i guess exiled zone behaves differently from other zones?
