OCTGN

Having issues getting OCGTN installed on my machine. Clicking the installer link in FireFox spits up a download prompt for a OCTGN.application file. I switched to IE so as to avoid fiddling with plugins and I am getting the ubiquitous “application cannot be started” error after the program thinks for a second.

I have a fresh install of .net 4 as directed by the downloads page, this is a fairly new machine and OCTGN has never been on it in the past, so I’m at a loss for what else to try. Here is the additional details listed in the error prompt.
