Cannot view top cards of deck and rearrange without bug occuring

Just as I thought OCTGN would be playable again and happy the previous bug from preventing it from crashing I believe was fixed, getting another bug that that is preventing me from using it. :(
Here is a quote from another player that notified me of the error:
When viewing the top cards of your deck and rearranging them.
I noticed if you place any card to the right of the farthest right card it then places that card out of view and then places it ether on top or on the bottom of your deck.
Hopefully this can be fixed asap.
