Manage Installed Games Error

If I try to install a new Game (like Warhammer Invasion)- the attached error message occurs and OCTGN switch into a frozen mode.
To find a solution, I deinstalled octgn, cleared the registry, and reinstalled .net4 – nothings happens. The error is still alive. I’m very happy about some ideas to fix this problem.
