Table.create() should be able to return the new card

I hope you’re not getting too annoyed by my numerous feature requests… I tend to have an active imagination when I work on the game definition.
Anyway, this is related to the post I made on the forum here: www.octgn.net/forum/index.php?topic=577.msg3936#ms
When Table.create() is called to create a token or copy of a card, it is currently impossible to have the function return the newly created card. It would be useful to be able to select the card after it is created (to do things like adding markers to the newly created card)
