Having to click the game to install sets first

I never did understand why you have to click the correct game in the “installed games” list in order to install sets for it. Sets have the game’s ID as well as their own ID in them, right?
If you install a set, it should check to see if the corresponding game ID exists among currently installed games. Then if it does, it installs the set into the correct game. So if, for example, you have “Munchkin” highlighted but are trying to install a set for MTG, then OCTGN will install the set into MTG instead of giving you this error:
‘Scars_of_Mirrodin_v0.9.[brine].53.[GO].o8s’ an error occured during installation:
The set ‘Scars of Mirrodin’ is not built for the game ‘Munchkin’.
