OCTGN

Just downloaded what I think is the new 3.0.0.4… I am running a Vista 64bit laptop. And I have .NET4.0, I am running through a router, I disabled my firewalls to try and help the program run.
I have OCTGN 0.10.0.0 and it runs fine. Octgn 3.0.0.3 was working yesterday just fine, it crashed this after noon and 3.0.0.4 now starts but as soon as I try to log in it gives me the following error:
