Sealed and Rarity handling

With the new shards of alara release, a new rarity type has been added, called mythic. A mythic rare can be found 1 each 8 booster opened. Octgn 1 can’t handle this, what about octgn 2? I sincerely don’t have any idea.
The problem is related mostly to sealed or draft games.
