Error when attempting to Start a game

The same issue started on the same day on both my computer (Vista) and my wife’s (XP). I can’t see the whole error message because I’m unable to resize the screen, but I took a screenshot of as much of the error as I could. In comparing the error to the one on my wife’s screen, they appear to be identical (though I can’t exactly decipher what it means). I’ve attached the screenshot.
